We've just posted update #10 on TakTik's Kickstarter page. A short excerpt follows: 

A big milestone in product development is when we sign-off on parts for production. We are obsessive about managing the design and engineering details on TAKTIK as we go through multiple iterations before final part approval. We watch every little detail on every revision, from the quality feel of the home button to the metal spin finish on the caps of the vibe switch. With over 35 different part options making up the various TAKTIK cases, finishes, and packaging there’s a lot to look out for! We're excited to now have over 27 final master parts signed-off. We'll get to parts in a bit, first, an update on when you'll have your TAKTIK in hand. 

Cases should be leaving the assembly factory at the end of September (Polymer) and early October (Aluminum). The non-Gorilla Glass versions continue to be a challenge, as we will explain below, but we will ship you a TAKTIK one way or another when the others go out. We promise to release a date in the near future.
